Editorial policy
How we research articles
We prioritise primary sources: legislation, judicial guidelines (including the Judicial College Guidelines), court rules, and official data from the ABI, Ministry of Justice, and regulators. Secondary sources are cited in-line where they inform analysis. We do not rely on anonymous forums or unverified lead-generation content as evidence.
Who writes and reviews
Articles are produced by the UK Injury Solicitors editorial team under Astora Group LLC. Each piece is reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with our disclaimer before publication. We are journalists and researchers, not practising solicitors.
Publication and update dates
Every article displays its original publication date. When we make material factual changes, we update the "last updated" date shown on the article and, where appropriate, note the change at the bottom of the page.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we correct it promptly. Significant factual corrections are logged at the bottom of the affected article with the date of the change. You can report errors via our contact page.
Editorial independence
No per-lead commercial relationships with solicitors influence what we publish. We do not accept payment to favour particular firms, referral routes, or claims products in editorial content.
Conflicts of interest
Any commercial relationship that could affect how a reader interprets an article is disclosed at the top of that article. Site-wide commercial or partnership arrangements are described in our disclaimer and terms.
